How do I return an item?

To return your product, you should mail your product to: luxuryintheworld Anykščių g. 3-68, LT-20181 Ukmergė, Lithuania, (+370) 35216846. (Please contact us prior to shipping your product). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What is your returns policy?

Our Refund Policy is that All Sales Are Final. You have 3 business days to return an item from the date you received it to be eligible for an exchange. Items on sale or custom made are non-returnable and all sales and custom items are final. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Intimates are non-returnable or exchangeable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds
No REFUNDS, exchange only. We’ll gladly accept merchandise for exchange, provided it Is in new condition, has not been washed, worn, altered or accompanied by the original invoice and is returned according to the schedule below.
